College of Natural Health Enrollment Form

college student At the College of Natural Health, professional students earn holistic natural health degrees and/or holistic nutrition degrees through our home study correspondence courses. Students have the opportunity to become part of an elite class of natural health doctors.

A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required to enroll in the Bachelor's Degree Program. Students must then complete the Bachelor's Degree Program to enter the Master's Degree Program, and those desiring the Doctorate Programs must have completed the Master's Degree Program. Student transfer credits from another school may be accepted on an individual basis. Please complete the enrollment form below or contact us with any questions.
